Will my Lifetime Membership be honored in the new company?
Absolutely! The terms of our Lifetime Memberships gave our clients a discount of 20% off our current labor rates, this will remain the same discount with the new business entity.
Do you offer Lifetime Membership for business clients?
No, we eliminated the business Lifetime Member program in 2013 and it will not be offered going forward.
What is a Concierge Plan?
Basically, this is an updated version of our Lifetime Member program only with more benefits. To see the details of the plans, click Concierge Plans.
Will I still be able to have my regular technician take care of my systems?
Absolutely! All of the Boston Teks technicians are part of the Tech Help Boston family. In addition, we have more staff to accomadate your busy schedule.
