Mike Delany was my technician and he was SUPER. He quickly figured out what had gone wrong (a nasty virus) and fixed it. He also secured my Wi-Fi network, installed a new virus protection program (a free service), and made recommendations about things to do and watch out for. He also made sure that all my other household devices that operate on Wi-Fi (printer, Roku, my husband’s laptop) were updated with the new login key that he had installed. He was here for about 2.5 hours and was not only super competent but also very personable. We chatted pleasantly throughout the entire service visit. This was outstanding!

Installed a router on my computer and fixed my printer. I did not realize they were a member of Angie’s List, if I did I would have put this review in sooner. Matthew Matturro was excellent, he installed my router and fixed any problems I was having with my computer and printer. I was so impressed with Matt that I sign up for the service policy, so now if I have any future problems I just call them, which I would do even if I did not have a policy. I would highly recommend this company to any one with computer problems.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give him a 10! Gary was knowledgeable, competent, helpful and I would recommend tech to anyone after my very positive experience. He quickly realized that at 87 my computer skills and knowledge were limited and he set up the computer so that it would be easier for me to accomplish the things for which I use it. Since his visit I no longer feel like throwing the computer out my fourth floor window. I was able to learn what I needed in one hour.

Having Bob come and set up the new office desktop and making the required connections made the return to work easier and quicker for those of us who are not computer literate. Bob identified a rather old connector that slowed down connections – and without pressure to buy a new one, made the correct case to change it with a new one.
