As a matter of fact, back before we merged with Boston Teks we were known as Geek Housecalls and Best Buy (parent company of Geek Squad) sued us for patent name infringement. They lost. We dont like to admit it but quite often a client would see the word Geek and assumed we were the “Squad” and booked an appointment with us. Once we showed up and they found out that we were locally owned and operated and staffed with a team of experienced Tech Experts they were delighted that they made that mistake!

All of our Tech Experts are experienced and trained and are local. We never outsource our services to third party contractors or vendors. In the years since, I’ve worked as a Service Manager, Information Technology Manager, Systems Analyst, Professional Photographer and Digital Imaging Consultant. Over the last 15 years, I’ve specialized in digital photography systems and procedures for professional photographers and amateur shutterbugs. I’m proud of my career providing quality technical support to individuals, families, small businesses, educational institutions and a wide variety of working professionals.
