All TECH HELP BOSTON employees agreements include the following clause with regard to the Protection of Customer property, rights, and privacy. During the course of providing service, Employee will be entering into the private homes and offices of Tech Help Boston Customers. In addition, given the nature of service performed, Employee may be granted access to sensitive and/or confidential Customer information including personal and financial information. Employee shall, at all times, conduct him/herself in a professional manner and shall not disclose or discuss personal or private Customer information to any outside party under any circumstances. Employee will not at any time or in any manner during the term of this Agreement or for a period of three years after termination either directly or indirectly use for the personal benefit of the employee, or divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary or confidential to Tech Help Boston Customers. Employee will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential.
In addition, TECH HELP BOSTON does not sell data about its customers to third parties.
