I’ve previously resided in the US Virgin Islands, Northern California and Upstate New York. I moved to Boston in 1999. My computer career started in 1990, working primarily on Apple computer systems as a repair technician. In the years since, I’ve worked as a Service Manager, Information Technology Manager, Systems Analyst, Professional Photographer and Digital Imaging Consultant. Over the last 15 years, I’ve specialized in digital photography systems and procedures for professional photographers and amateur shutterbugs. I’m proud of my career providing quality technical support to individuals, families, small businesses, educational institutions and a wide variety of working professionals. Mike has been in IT for over 15 years, he holds several IT certifications including A+, Network +, and MCSE. He’s also a Bentley University Graduate with a degree in Finance & Economics. He’s also a United States Air Force Veteran who spent time overseas at Incirlik AB, in Turkey.
Mike is an avid runner and has competed in six marathons, including the Boston Marathon in 2014. He also enjoys hiking and camping in the White Mountains, reading (science fiction & non-fiction, biographies, etc.), and investing.

With a masters degree in electrical engineering and over 25 years prior experience in industry, Bob Hiller is prepared to deal with all sorts of tech problems – software, hardware, how to issues – whatever.
SENIOR CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN
Matthew Matturro has worked in IT for 10+ years, and is certified in Mac Integrations by Apple. He is however, not only an Apple Guru, but also is our security expert. A double husky, Matt holds a BS in Information Science and Business as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University.
Originally from the New York area, Matt is an avid sports fan and enjoys the outdoors as much as being in front of the computer. He spends his free time in the Catskills as well as other destinations and has been known to support clients while barreling down the highway! When time allows for it, He enjoy traveling as well, taking trips to Spoleto, Italy, and Glacier National Park in Montana. (Employee Since 2009)

Dispatch and Customer Service
Ron Chait has been with the company so long (since 2002) that many callers think he’s the owner (he isn’t). As lead dispatcher, he has spoken to thousands of customers over the years and seems to remember most of their names. When the phones go off, Ron shares many interests with his wife, including sports, music, movies and too much television.
Kelly has been in customer service for 12 years she holds a degree in business communications and is always willing to help find solutions to any customer service issues as well as be ready willing and able to serve the customers’ needs at hand.
She is the proud mother of 3 wonderful children who keep all of her spare time pretty busy. She enjoys hanging out with family, camping and walking around Boston as well as Castle Island, because the planes never cease to amaze her!

Gary started as the Business Manager at (Geek Housecalls/Tech Help Boston) and was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this he was Accounting Manager at PlumChoice and was also a small business owner.
