Terms and Conditions:

1. These are annual plans, with 1-year commitment, that renew automatically, like our other monthly paid plans.

2. Plan levels cannot be changed mid-stream. A customer cannot convert from a Concierge Plan to Remote Plans until the end of their plan year.
