Matthew Matturro has worked in IT for 10+ years, and is certified in Mac Integrations by Apple. He is however, not only an Apple Guru, but also is our security expert. A double husky, Matt holds a BS in Information Science and Business as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University.
Originally from the New York area, Matt is an avid sports fan and enjoys the outdoors as much as being in front of the computer. He spends his free time in the Catskills as well as other destinations and has been known to support clients while barreling down the highway! When time allows for it, He enjoy traveling as well, taking trips to Spoleto, Italy, and Glacier National Park in Montana. (Employee Since 2009)

Having grown up around both Macs and PC’s, Liz has always been fascinated with computers and technology. As a child, she could often be found tinkering with VCRs and television sets just to see how they would work, and that curiosity has stuck with her through decades of self taught computer experience. Liz has been described as snappy, and quick-witted, and loves a well timed joke, and interesting conversation. Her penchant for learning and exploration extends beyond computer help and into her love of history and storytelling. Liz is well travelled, having spent several months in the mountains of Nepal to teach english in the local primary school, and having helped build a clinic in Mexico. Liz is excited to be here, and loves to help others find what they need.

Ron Chait has been with the company so long (since 2002) that many callers think he’s the owner (he isn’t). As lead dispatcher, he has spoken to thousands of customers over the years and seems to remember most of their names. When the phones go off, Ron shares many interests with his wife, including sports, music, movies and too much television.

Kelly has been in customer service for 12 years she holds a degree in business communications and is always willing to help find solutions to any customer service issues as well as be ready willing and able to serve the customers’ needs at hand.
She is the proud mother of 3 wonderful children who keep all of her spare time pretty busy. She enjoys hanging out with family, camping and walking around Boston as well as Castle Island, because the planes never cease to amaze her!

I discovered my passion for technology back in 1982 when I first laid eyes on the original IBM PC. Since then, I’ve held numerous positions in the tech industry, and have found that I like nothing better than working with clients and mentoring my employees. I live on the south shore with my wife and two sons, one ofwhom works with me.
