Definitely!  We highly recommend Ad Blockers Like AdBlock which will help not only block some/most ads but will also help reduce some of the tracking that websites use for marketing purposes.  For those not familiar with an Ad Blocker, its an add-on to popular web browsers like Chrome or Firefox.
