I have received this message several times and I dont know what to do, its kind of scary to think some criminal has access to my Mac, what should i do?

Dear Mary,

These emails are everywhere today and although you most likely are safe, I would recommend you do a full scan of your system for malware.  Do you have a license to our recommended application Webroot?  If so, a full scan will make sure that you don’t have any security breaches.  If you want us to do a more detailed cleanup/scan let me know and I can have someone arrange a remote support appointment.
