Who We Are

In the tech world, there are few experts with as much experience as David Elmasian, the founder of Tech Help Boston. With over 30 years of experience in the tech industry, David’s passion for technology started long before the internet and YouTube existed. He worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including IBM, Palm Inc., and Anyday.com.

In the early 1990s, David was recruited by Stream International, where he provided support for clients on Microsoft Word. He quickly worked his way up the ranks, becoming a trainer for new employees and eventually managing a team of 40 tech support engineers.

His expertise and leadership skills were recognized by a new internet startup called Anyday.com, where he built the company’s tech support and client support team from the ground up. When the company was purchased by Palm Inc., David was responsible for managing teams in Cambridge, Toronto, and Portland.

David founded Tech Help Boston in 1999 as a sole practitioner, and over time, he grew the business through natural growth and acquisitions. In 2015, David was approached by the owner of Geek Housecalls, who was retiring and wanted to sell his business. David saw this as an opportunity to expand his business and purchased Geek Housecalls, forming the new company Tech Help Boston.

Today, Tech Help Boston is a thriving business that provides tech support to both residential and commercial clients. With David’s extensive experience and expertise, the team at Tech Help Boston can solve any tech problem, no matter how big or small.
