Concierge Plan Terms and Conditions
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONCIERGE PLAN TERMS OF SERVICE
This Tech Help Boston CONCIERGE PLAN Terms of Service (“Concierge Plan Terms”) is provided to you (“Customer”) in connection with the Tech Help Boston service that Customer has purchased (the “Concierge Plan Services”). By agreeing to these Terms, except for the payment terms, Customer also agrees to abide by the Tech Help Boston Terms of Service, as defined on this website https://techhelpboston.com/CTOS The Concierge Plan Terms and the Tech Help Boston Terms of Service comprise the entire agreement between Customer and Tech Help Boston with respect to the Service.

Concierge Plan Payment Commitment
Customers signing up for The Plan are committing to a purchase of the following charges depending on Plan selected:
The total payment commitment is charged in twelve monthly installments fees billed directly and automatically to their credit card. There also is an annual prepaid option. With Customers who sign up for The Plan also give Tech Help Boston permission to charge co-payment amounts and non-covered costs directly to their credit card account without requiring further authorization.
Unless stated in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable, regardless of whether Concierge Plan Services are used or not. Tech Help Boston reserves the right to add, remove, or alter plan offerings, coverage, and costs at any time at its sole discretion. Co-Payment: A co-payment of $20 will be charged for each on-site service call.
Additional Hours: Additional Hours in excess of Basic Concierge Plans are not allowed. For Standard Concierge and Premium Concierge Plans, additional hours are discounted by 20% off of the standard $150 rate, which results in a $120/HR rate.
Upgrade to next level plan: Customer can upgrade to a higher level plan by paying a one-time fee equal to the month on the current plan times the monthly fee difference of the two plans.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their membership at any time with 30-day’s email notice sent to:
For customers who cancel their membership prior to meeting the one-year commitment, if the retail value of services used by the customer exceeds the amount paid into the Plan, the customer’s credit card will be charged the difference between retail and fees paid.
Renewals
Unless cancelled, the plan automatically renews annually for another 12-month commitment at the then current rate. For monthly plans there will be monthly payments, for annual plans there will be a one-time annual charge on your credit card. Plan services and offerings do not carry over from year to year and are forfeited on the “valid till” date (annually) if unused.
Individual membership subscriptions as well as membership plan offerings may be cancelled by Tech Help Boston at any time and at its sole discretion.
Tech Help Boston reserves the right to refuse service under the plan. In the event that any perceived dangerous or unsafe condition exists, if the member requests Tech Help Boston to perform work that is perceived to be illegal, immoral, or dangerous, or if for any reason, at the sole discretion of Tech Help Boston, Tech Help Boston may refuse service.
Covered Services
- All of the ‘usual’ on-site services offered by Tech Help Boston, including slow PC virus and spyware cleanups; PC troubleshooting; PC, gadget, and network installation, setup and configuration; onsite data recovery and transfer
- Support for an unlimited number of home PCs no matter how many computers you have.
- Service labor coverage – Essentially, any work that your tech can do for you during the allocated hours of onsite labor are covered at 100% of the Service Labor cost and after the allocated hours, 20% of the cost of Service Labor is covered under the plan. What does this mean? It means you get one of our friendly professional techs at your home to deal with any computer or computer-related issues you may have for as many visits and as many hours as you need, and always at a great discount over our regular rates!
- The allocated hours may be used for on-site visits or remote support during our standard business hours.
- The Plan is available exclusively to our residential customers and home-based business customers, not for small businesses or other organization that exceed one employee or principal.
Not covered Services
Any Fixed Price Services are not covered by the Concierge Plan. Hardware or software purchases are not covered.
Other terms of the Concierge Plan
Membership in The Plan represents a form of discount on Tech Help Boston services and as such, cannot be combined with other coupons or discount offers.
Instant discount on regular Service call when you sign up while a technician is on-site
If you sign up with your tech during a service call, we will instantly discount the labor charges for that call as our way of thanking you for committing to a longer-term relationship with Tech Help Boston! Important: This offer is available only if you sign up directly with your tech during a service call, we cannot use hours for previous visits. The discounts are as follows:
Basic Concierge Plan (monthly payments) 10% off standard hourly rate
Standard Concierge Plan (monthly payments) 20% off standard hourly rate
Premium Concierge Plan (monthly payments) 20% off standard hourly rate
